Scale 1:35 in heavy cast and pressed steel metal - highly detailed. Model is in mint condition never displayed in original packaging and still secured in inner polystyrene packaging. Outer box is also very good with very minor stacking wear.

This model is rare, circa 1990's manufacture. The 88mm Flak Gun was a versatile weapon originally as an anti aircraft gun but was also very effective as a tank destroyer.

In service from 1936 - 45 it was also used in Vietnam as late as 1960. With a rapid fire capability of 25 rounds per minute manufactured by Krupps 21000 units produced andcapable of firing a 20 lb shell to a distance of 8000 meters. In the past used for displays of models or models soldiers / dioramas etc. Expensive when made - size is 22.5 inches long x 13.5 inches wide and 10 inches in height.

Case is mirror backed with bottom wooden frame mahogany in colour, whilst the inner standing area is in black material fabric. I have a very good collection of WW1 & WW2 items which will be listed in due course.
